They were very professional from the start of the conversation very polite and answered all my questions and make sure I did have anymore before we disconnected.
Set up and log into ID.me is OK.But trying to use it is hopeless.In my case trying to log into MySocial security site.Also support is none existent.Automated support just gives you a run around.
Used it for ID purposes at 12am... couldn't have gotten the process done from anywhere at that time...and I didn't have to leave home.!

I received a postcard supposedly from the IRS. It feels like a SCAM but I signed up and then it says I'm only set up for INDIVIDUAL access. I was able to get into a site [who knows if it's a SCAM] but when clicking on anything nothing happens. SO NOW I'M REALLY CONCERNED. This was supposed to be a setup for 2023 IRS filings for the company I work for. Now I'm concerned someone stole my IDentity. I had to go and LOCK my credit file with the big 3 and am hoping someone will contact me at ID.me. NO ONE HAS YET. SO I AM EXTREMELY CONCERNED!
