In the IRS verification request and Tax return online question and answer link there were a great deal of steps that required specific information which was for the most part relatively simple. Having the answers for the questions relating to 1040 tax return you needed to have that information available which for me was a bit awkward as my tax form was in a folder that I needed to access. I was able to figure out how access what I need and then came photo identity that was somewhat difficult and a video that took some doing. Last but not least I able to get all of the information needed to complete the verification. One must be prepared and understand the end purpose of getting through the process.

Not user friendly.for disabled veterans. You created something to difficult for older veterans to use. It took a Tech. From. The VA to get this installed and verified. I have lost thousands of dollars because i could not access it.

As I logged into the ID.me site I was worried it would be difficult especially doing it on my cell phone but it was very simple and easy step by step. Don't be afraid to log on because it's so simple that anyone can do it! After you complete it then in a few days you should get your unemployment benefits back on track if everything checks out!
