I don't think the entire process took longer then 5 mins to verify my documents and I was done. The agent doing the verifying was beyond polite and very friendly. I felt at complete ease and completely comfortable where I would normally feel awkward and out of place. The verifier was prompt, to the point and made a connection with me that was almost unsettling except for the fact that it wasn't. :}
