Very easy smooth experience,and smooth interface to follow.

Unless it is a weekday and early in the day leave this website alone. It will take a lot of time and you need to be able to call the 800 numbers to get help. I made the mistake of trying to use it on a Friday evening and had to wait till Monday to finally get help. If you have another way for verification - use it!

Horrible time trying to put my ID and verify it. Very frustrating.
Took about 3 days until request for agent was finally given and there was no information that an email was going to be sent when an agent is ready. So I really didn't know what was going on with the system
