Good easy I had to log in to my account and it was very simple following the instructions
Very complex signing up. I think it would be difficult for elderly people and the uneducated to to use the site. Maybe have 2 columns with the choices: Intelligent and stupid. Although in the US the stupid column would fill up much faster.

The process took more than 5 hours, and at the end of 5 hours the problem of me not being able to access my corporate account at the EFTPS site had NOT been solved. Trying to talk to a live competent person was impossible. The automated menus did not offer an option that fit my problem. After multiple attempts to navigate automated phone support, I finally got a real person, but she did not know how to fix the problem, and told me to call EFTPS directly because the problem was on their end. Of course that lead to another frustrating waste of my time. Your support system is like having a "good man gone." The fix was to wait a couple of days and try again. Why didn't your support tech know that? Perhaps you should have tested the new ID software before making it public. My billable hourly rate is $85; ID.me cost me $485.00.

I got an email from SSA informing me that I had a message to view on the SSA website. I went through the whole process of verifying ID.me — I already had a pre-existing ID.me account (which was no longer working?!). I uploaded 600-DPI drivers license images, 600-DPI passport image, and ID.me couldn't read any of them. Eventually, my ID.me had a "successful" verification, but it only kept taking me back to the login page. In the end, I was never able to login to the SSA website and I still haven't been able to view the message. What was the point?
