I found it very easy to follow the directions and I'm not to good with technology. I found that it saved me a lot of time. It's easier than trying to get to a Social Security office especially when the weather outside is starting to get cold. It was all done from the comfort of my home.

I find it ridiculous that I can only have one account. I set it up initially at work for a business related task. Now I come to find that I cannot have a personal account. And it's tied to my work email. I should not be doing personal email at work and work email at home. So you have me stuck in a quandry.

It was too much steps and the program kept boothing me back to registration 3 times entering my personal information when I had entered it already the first time. Isn't there a way you can go back, so you don't have to re-entering what has been entered.
