Easy, user friendly process to get veteran ID. I was procrastinating as I understood the process took a while and took to much time, nope, real easy
Being an older person I was a little apprehensive about the video call. But my agent Mr. Louis answered the call within minutes of the appointment time. He verified some information, verified the physical identification that I had, and that was it. Wham bam in and out no problem. An awesome way to verify your identity.
It is fast to go through the process but not simple as there are so much things to go through.
