I have email accounts *******@aol.com and *******@yahoo.com. My old iRS account is AOL and my me account is yahoo. I have reported this thru your automated service bot Roy. When I sign in to and go to the IRS affiliate site, I am still reqinuired to sign in to Irs for traginnscrips. No combinations of login/password works. What is the purpose of adding id.me to the process if I still have to sign in to IrS. Stymied for months with this process. Unsatisfactory

The process is slow and cumbersome. When I tried to get in touch with customer service, it took 4 days to hear back from a customer service representative. The customer service representative was really helpful, but the system straight up didn't work despite multiple attempts and she ended up having to manually override to get it to work.
