The system asked you to take several photos from your phone. Wit does not say is to select a photo from your phone gallery. Then if it does not accept the picture it will ask you to set up a video call. Which does not work if the system is not compatible with your system. Then the will switch to a phone video call. To many faults on the system.

Absolutely the worst customer service experience I have ever had and that's saying a lot after being in the military and trying to talk to HRC…. I had problems with my account starting on 11/12. Today is 12/4 and it's still not fully resolved…. I've talked to 4 different people and all are about brain dead. This company needs some sort of live chat support. The company ID.me is a great concept with poor execution.

Not easy if you have multiple government programs to login. No way to get any human assistance.
I was able to establish an ID for use at my work for business, and later established an ID for my personal use using the same mobile phone # for both. However, I later was unable to access my personal ID because a phone number cannot be connected to 2 accounts (the 2 accounts have different email addresses). I have not been able to update my work phone # on the business account. I requested someone to contact me so that I could TALK TO A LIVE PERSON, but that has NOT happened.
