Going to the government sites via id.me is actually easier than directly. The verification process was easy and painless... Now it's done.
Took forever to get through the vetting process. Aftervthat was over I was left in limbo. I did not know where to go to start my unemployment benefits. The website was mo help after the verification process.
I probably spent 4 to 5 hours before I was able to get through it. If I hadn't needed it to access EFTPS I never would have subjected my self to such a waste of time.

The system asked you to take several photos from your phone. Wit does not say is to select a photo from your phone gallery. Then if it does not accept the picture it will ask you to set up a video call. Which does not work if the system is not compatible with your system. Then the will switch to a phone video call. To many faults on the system.
