This website has been awful. Unsure why irs merged with the this site but it's been terrible and the first line of support is also horrible/ I'm finally in after a few months and arguing back and forth with some chic sending me generic articles acting like I wasn't having an issue gaining access with the 500 documents I needed to provide all with my social on them and matching addresses- complete joke
I found the process of verification to be simple and streamlined. I choose the verification with agent and their service is exceptional. I would definitely recommend especially if you busy; you can set appointments at your earliest convenience which works out perfectly with your schedule. Its a brief interaction but worth it because there is a human face to face interaction on the other end that you know will get it done. Unlike submitting docs by uploads and then have to wait sometimes long times and not know when your verification will be completed until the dreaded email comes.
Getting verified in ID.me is quick and easy as long as you have the valid, necessary documents.
This was a very user-friendly experience. Leaving a review however is not the best experience. I'm not a man of many words but I have to come up with 50 to leave a review.
