Way too long to log in. We should be able to use a login name or email and a password. We shouldn't have to be forced to have an authenticator app or to have to wait for a call or text to push numbers every time we try and log in or forced to verify ourselves based on our credit report. It shouldn't take me over 10 minutes of trying to log on just for 2 seconds of information. Fix your third party website.

Customer support is extremely inadequate. The only recourse is an email. No phone support is available. You locked me out of my VA website in the middle of filing a disability claim. It took 8 days to get a response to my request for resolution. EIGHT DAYS! Once reset, I used the exact same identification photos to verify my identity. Your responsibility to your customers is exceptionally poor.
It will ease the access. People won't have to wait in line on the phone for a very long time. This is a big improvement.

It took me 45 minutes this morning to successfully work my way through the process. The inclusion of photo id/video is too complicated. I'm a retired software engineer who worked in the field of user interface design and I came very close to throwing my hands up and quitting when there were problems with the whole iPhone/browser/camera back and forth.
For goodness sake, if my Vanguard accounts are protected using two factor authentication, why not the same with the IRS when I'm trying to make a tax payment. Make it easy to pay, not harder!
