I had to set up an ID me account in order to access certain government programs. I had to verify my identity, set up an account and THEN was able to access my separate state/ government program account with my identity authenticated and verified through ID me.

Response is speedy if you need to get something done on the technical support site submit a ticket with the site then go on their linked in I guarantee your problem will be handled within a few minutes!

I need a report of database and did log into my account and uploaded my ID and a video and today tried to get a database report and it says I am not valid

The hard part is obtaining the documents/ reports that I need. I keep getting an error message
Took forever for the selfie and document to load. The QR portion to set up was slow and cumbersome. If there had been another viable option, it could not be as bad as ID me.
I needed immediate access to my online IRS account and in order to do that I had to set up an ID.me account. I was worried that the verification process make take several days or weeks but from start to finish it took probably less than 10 minutes. The directions are very clear and easy to understand. The process is very user friendly. I was able to get the immediate access I needed without having to wait for days or weeks. I am very satisfied with my experience and would recommend to anyone.
The amount of steps involved was ridiculous. Had to redo several times because the site kept crashing, picture wasn't accepted, phone number was not accepted even though its been in my name for 20 years, live picture wasn't accepted. 2 hours to get a simple verification of identity is ridiculous, especially since I had already done something similar for login.gov.
The system is reliant on cell signal for transmitting information. I have been locked from the system because where I work there is no a reliable cell signal. Removal of the CAC authentication process and not allowing access without using the ID.me has been extremely frustrating One star is too high of a rating. If there was any other capacity to sign in, I would use it before ever using this garbage program again.

It's probably easy once you do it but the best way is to go to the unemployment office office and have them help you sign up they are very helpful because it takes so long to sign up
I had previously set up my ID account, about three months later I was required to do it again in order to log into my SSA account. It was a very inconvenient time for me to have to take a picture of my photo ID and the time it took to do the selfie. I admit it's a good way to verify who you are, but it doesn't mean I like it.
Please, after a user has had a bad experience with your system, you should not force them to answer so many questions; you should focus on identifying the problem, which should be something common, and then correct it immediately.
I had some difficulties at first because I was rushing through the process. Caught in a continuous loop to start over.
