Re: Champ-VA - we never received the letter telling us to log on so we could set up EFT for patients with Champ-VA. It was sent to our old address of 904 Campbell Street - we relocated our office 3+ years ago. It seems that Tricare, Medicare, Highmark and all other insurances have our new address!
I call Champ-VA and spoke with a representative was on phone 45 mintues! Then went to the website and spent another 45 Minutes what a waste of time!~!
