I highly suggest scheduling a video verification, and not attempting to self verify. The process was extremely tedious, frustrating, and lengthy just for the technology to perceived my name wrong and require a video call with a rep anyway. The call with the rep was great though, quick, easy, and I like that she asked questions to ensure there's no fraud or identity theft.
Do you know that the choices given to ID you is long and tedious. In addition, the instructions are long explanations of what to do, then read the disclaimers with each action.
