When you're trying to identify yourself to an official agency sometimes it is very very frustrating no matter how many documents you send in no matter what verification you can tell them over the phone they still will give you a difficult time with id.me it's a matter of just a few clicks and it's done without having to reveal very sensitive private information

Either this was constructed with AI or the programming was done by people unfamiliar with how thos is supposed to work. I suspect it was done by a company that farmed out the project to an overseas vendor and failed to properly vet this software.
