This is the software from hell. After 1 hour of trying to reset my password, I gave up.
Tried using my passport but denied so switched to drivers license. Overall process took about 15 minutes. The video selfie I've never seen before for identity purposes. Happy IRS keeping up with modern fraud prevention methods to secure our information.
There should be a way to verify the company, not the employee and their personal information. This should not be done through personal phones, email, id, etc. This process should be updated to use date related to the company. Too many ways to scam people and now

I have been 3 weeks simply trying to report a fraudulent email address assigned to me. I DO NOT have access to this email address or it's password and they keep advising me to go to the email address and reset my email address! It's as if they couldn't read English or comprehend the language. I have called my state congressional representative and my senatorial representative too and no one has helped. I need the ID.me account to apply for unemployment in Florida. I have 4 different ticket #'s open which they ignore and have sent 38 emails which they have ignored! I need assistance prior to my funds running out and no one will help. If anyone knows of a way to assist me please call. My number is *******050.
