It was easy took only a couple minutes. The man who verified my identity was very polite. Uploading my documents was a little difficult I found it easier to have my driver's license horizontal Instead of vertical.

I found the instructions not clear. The amount of questions was tiresome. Having to use my smart phone was alright, except I had no idea how the process worked. At least now I can get into the Social Security site.
