I was informed via email that a new and more easier way to access information in the VA website was happening before the end of the year. I was given the option to set up and access ID.me now if I chose to. True to their words it is easier then all the steps involved in other sign in options. However, the set up process was overwhelming. There was about five verification codes sent to go through different parts of the setup including personal profile, ID vertification, two seperate verification processes during login including downloading data to system by photo's or documents.
Good very calm and would cal anytime for help if needed. I'm glad I can move to, hopefully I will get my refund soon I'm praying for that day

Complicated I need to create an account as a tax professional by changing my previous login. I used my personal email as user name I can get in account but the two IRS representative did not help me or assist me to change the user name from my personal email as user name
