I was able to sign up for ID.me access to the website within a few minutes and found it easy to follow and log into the system. I had my documents scanned and uploaded within 5 minutes. The verification also took less than a few minutes to complete. I had no issues from beginning to end.

Horrible. They could not have this more difficult had tried. It was cumbersome, very confusing, and overall very unpleasant. There was no way to talk with a real person. I was constantly referred to articles online when I needed help. Maybe try this on older people with limited computer or cell phone experience before unleashing it everyone else. I found it very, very hard to use. I am not surprised that an organization like the federal government chose to go with them. If I never have to use it again I will be very happy.
