As a provider for our military Veterans, I have been trying to gain access to my account for over 5 weeks. Nothing but automated responses, obviously not reading my words that I reply with or anything that I am trying to get across as to what the issues are. The absolute worst I have ever had to deal with. It is an endless hamster wheel of ineptitude and am beyond frustrated and have had zero help with getting my account issue resolved. Lots of back and forth with the same answers over and over again. This is causing a terrible delay in care for our Veterans. 5 weeks, and still no resolution in sight. HORRIBLE.
This was a very easy and explained very well app ro use.

I want too thank you all for helping me. I had issues with them not verifying my phone number and it's the only phone number that's in my name and the only one I have and use. I've had it for going on two years. I didn't have another one too give them that's why I did a video call. It was my first time ever doin it but my agent was very polite and patient with helping me. He walked me through the steps of what too do and went through everything with me. I appreciate the help and thankfully he verified me and got it all took care of. Thank you all again!
