I had just struggled through a verification process with a bank to verify my identity then I used ID.me. Amazing!. The steps were very easy to follow, and they were relevant to the task of securing my information. One gets the feeling they take cyber security controls very seriously.

I tried verifying using my PC but the text being sent to my phone didn't include the upload link for my license. I then signed in with my phone and was able to upload everything using the phone. ID.me then directed me back to my original login (PC) where I had to complete the process.

The id me keep saying i am not verified whereas i am verified. I ended up missing my flight and same thing happened the second day. They need to get their system together

My procrastination was really unacceptable, but you kept trying, day after negligent day, almost like a computer, and not a person was trying to get, help, and patiently encourage me to complete the process.
