I Initially wanted to login to ssa.gov but it took ID.me to login. So I sat down to create my account and did the multi-factor authentication as simple as it was, took a picture of my Id front and back like it said and eventually since I couldn't get through the self service to verify by facial recognition, I got a call and a lady asked me to verify through video call so I had my computer camera plugged in and we met on video call to verify and within seconds, I disconnected the call and was able to login using my one time private code they sent in the mail, then finally I had officially got into my ssa account. Overall, my experience was fast and easy as that.
I went to make a purchase. It was shown that a discount could be used for being a student. ID.me software made the process simple and easily obtained.
I thought the video call lady was awesome and she was concerned about me I really wish you could change the way we have to take the document pictures
After 5 days no assistance in getting my ID verified. They do no use phones and the occasional messsge is inadequate and there is no follow up. Their system is bad and the instructions are ambiguous. It has been a 5 day nightmare. It had caused my unemployment app to be placed on hold, The owner goes not make himself available to resolve the problem.
Good id site. The upload of the pictures was easy to upload and very self explanatory.The world is a good site for ppl to finish stuff they have to do. It is well put together and not hard to do. The questions were easy to answer and to understand without getting someone to help.

Something has gone wrong with your tax return and you can not fix it unless you follow the directions carefully. Be sure to submit the exact documents being requested. Submitting incorrect documents delays the process. Have confidence in the irs representative's expertise.
