I don't have a lot of experience with the iPhone. The instructions were not user friendly for me. The technician that came on to chat got me through the routine after several tries.
I had some what difficulty to sign up for both Lenovo and Id.me. I ended up calling Lenovo and the employee was able to fix my issue. I believe the problem came from resetting my Lenovo account and creating an Id.me account. Once everything got sorted out, my discount value was $0.77 on a gaming laptop advertised for $1430, very disappointing.
