I received incredible attention, the young woman who received my call did not know Spanish and tried to speak at my own pace so that I could interpret what she was trying to tell me. At the end we ended up contacting a person to interpret the language, I am very satisfied!.
The site was too easy to use. I looked and looked to make sure this was the IRS i was giving my information to but apparently it is not. So now am concerned about the security of my information.

I found myself on the last day (4/15) for tax filing - again. I had worked all night at my job, & was dreading being up most if the day to beat the deadline, AND to have to leave home & be out for hours at the library. BUT, I remembered seeing something about a pilot program for 12 states, one of them mine, from the IRS website. So, I tentatively went online & started looking. I found the section h began. One step succeeded after another, & all from the comfort & ease of my living room chair. I was stunned that I could access a program that actually led me very easily through every single action, bc I am NOT computer savvy & I run into many obstacles that I cannot overcome. But ID.ME was PERFECT! I could not have asked for ANY easier means to DO MY TAXES BY MYSELF! (Well, ID.ME helped!) Friends, ALL DONE, & I NEVER left my home! Never went to the post office. WHEW! I think I love these guys!
