ID ME is a very easy and safe experience. Agents are polite, professional.
I use a PC for all my work. I only use my cell phone for audio calls, text, and data. I find it unnecessary to photo, store, and upload the required documents since the agent requests to see them on the video call. The agent can store the documents as he views them.

If you run into the slightest problem you go through a maze of text help screens but no one to talk to. The help doesn't help and then what do you do? There's no one to talk to. It is the most frustrating experience I've ever had. It's 2 weeks and I still can't verify.

Can't complete a verification process because it will take 45 days for IdMe to respond to a help ticket just to update an email address! Unfortunately, the job requiring verification would have already Started! Screw the people, IdMe is doing all they can.
