I received a refund and paid taxes. I'm truly needs to speak to a tax representative to correct my tax problem. My taxes were mailed and transmitted. The mailed tax papers were sent with a check and the tax transmission papers gave me a refund. Please someone help me. I need help with account management. Do I still pay the balance owed from the mailed transmission?

This is clearly pre-alpha grade garbage that needed far more testing. I'm slightly pissed they are getting tax dollars for this.
