On the first phone call, could get the camera, even after pushing all the buttons to agree to allow use of my camera to work, and the lady on the phone couldn't go any further without seeing my real face. I came back on another phone. Answered a bunch of questions, sent in my real face, then the site hit a block and told me to call a number which I already tried and had a bad experience with. I waited for an Email back which I finally see now. I guess I'm happy it's done now.
The process was quick and easy. I am very satisfied.
The entire experience was a time-sink nightmare. After completing the application the first time I received a message that it had not been successful and I had to go through the entire process again.
