Aggravating. I have to find letter containing a passcode for fin al step. I thought it was a phishing letter and have misplaced it.

Using ID.me was extremely easy to use and the instructions were very easy to follow. The site definitely seems secure and was helpful when retrieving information from years past.
I setup ID.me years ago. I have used it for a few systems that take it. I found it easy to setup and after it is done it makes accessing things like VA and Social Security data fast and simple. I can't wait for it to expand to other agencies!

I went through the tedious process of setting up the account including a video call during which the agent took screen shots of the ID documents I already uploaded online, then I was able to login into the IRS once. But the next day, my account was suspended for no reason. It's been 3 days and the ID.me customer support has not responded. This is a terrible service.
