If you actually read the privacy policy, they share information with Google, and other entities. There's nothing private about this service. It's a complete grab for your personal data, which they then package and sell. I don't care what they say in their advertising, read their documents and see for yourself what their actual practices are. Avoid if you can, but you may be forced to use them by governments that have no imagination.

The initial setup took time. I had to use the long way because the facial recognition wouldn't work for because I have Parkinson,but this was one the times I didn't mind. The program made it so easy now I can access everything that I need to easily. I wouldn't change anything.

Upon entering data, it's not possible to provide information for a future date of unemployment. If all other criteria is met, and you are aware of a pending date of termination, I only see it logical to proceed from there. Why does it need to be afterwards? I understand that technically employment is still valid, however upon the proposed date everything should be initiated as it would normally. What's wrong with providing the information ahead of time?
It took an hour to get "set up" through the website when last year I was able to access my account via a pin number. Just another dreamt up roadblock for folks trying to access the information they need to in order to pay their taxes. Poor design
