Process slow and tedious during peak hours. I had to try several times. I completed task during a weekend after being notified by the system to " Complete Registration."
I was discouraged at first but after hearing they had a phone app I became interested. After downloading it and uploading a photo of my id I was in I updated some other info and boom I had instant access to important Va benefits information that I hadn't had before and on my phone at that. Didn't have to deal with any people or driving to any places to get super important information that I desperately needed.
Which is really helpful. No worries for uploading personal documents. Because there had scanning systems your face, Driving license front and back, your social security number and your phone. Those valid documents uploaded so no once use it. Very safe website. I will appreciate all staff you will decide to upgrade your website. 3 years before I personally came never I finished my transcript on website. I visited office then finished. Thank you all staff member.
I am not familiar with downloading files.i found instructions very difficult. I still don't know how to find my last income tax return filed. I do not have these records.

The process included sending me a link so I could photograph my documents, and that did not work at all. My request for support was answered with a boilerplate reply, which was not helpful. My support request was finally answered about 20 hours later! That is not acceptable. I understand the concept of "letting a question 'age'," but that was ridiculous. To work around the block I encountered, I photo'd my own documents, uploaded them to Google Drive to edit them, and then downloaded them to my laptop so I could upload them to ID.me. That was very inefficient. I think I will put this review on TrustPilot also.
