I spent approximately 10 hours spread over several days, trying to understand and navigate the poorly written explanations and instructions. Then my computer based daughter spent almost 2 hours to repeat everything I'd done with the same results. She encouraged me to try visual affirmation of credentials, which was the only part of this that worked, but not because it was clearly presented. The video rep was very nice and helpful. God bless her because she works for idiots.
It took multiple times to reload pics and the video selfy looks like a cartoon. This process should be seamless but it isn't. Time consuming and difficult is my best description.
My experience was amazing and I plan on keeping it that way with a lot more coming out the way would be out of assistant makes things a lot easier faster especially though for those that are not real smart with doing things like this y'all ain't gotten directing them right through it all and it's important things that y'all can leave it and guide through that's what counts appreciate y'all thanks
