Confusing emails and texts, multiple rejected photos, inability to use camera on desktop, asking to reenter information after being emailed that everything was OK. Waiting for word that I could get to a referee for hours after being told data acceptable while still getting texts that something more was needed. Finally started over and resent the pictures it already had said were good. Hours later, finally got to a referee. Referee part was easy.
