Already had an account and because social security now requires this or login.gov to access your account the system made me set up another one. I don't believe this is any more secure than setting up an account directly with an entity. Everything can be hacked.

Had to re download the app on a new phone. I logged back in but there is no longer a security code generator available. I emailed tech for support, and there has been no response. I cant write prescriptions without this.
