If ID.me is as trustworthy as it claims, then I'm all in. I did grumble a bit about the wait times once I clicked on "Video Call Required." It started at 57 minutes, and kept vacillating back and forth between 24 minutes, then back to 37 minutes, and so on. The total wait time was well over 57 minutes. Also, I got many, many emails telling me that I needed to review documents without specifics. That was quite confusing. All in all, however, once we got connected with an agent, it went very smoothly, and he was very kind indeed.
The process was really simple and easy to understand.
