The experience itself was fine, but there is absolutely no info on what they do with your data and what your protections are. There are humans in a common area talking to multiple people and they are taking images of your docs like DL, SS# etc. No provision to ask for your data to be deleted once used - which California law says we can now ask for.

The problem I had at first was no using my cell phone. You have to use your cell phone to access this program. It could be improved by them letting you use your personal computer.
