Website would not send important documents thru and then put me on video call with a total stranger. Had to verify my documents to him hoping the site they created was legit connections to the unemployment office. No disrespect it seems there was too many steps to complete the ID account.
Excellent customer support. Canadian ( ONTARIO) Nurses you will need to reach out to customer service as we no longer have physical licenses, once you reach out to Customer service, they got you and the service is awesome!

Way to many steps to go through only to get a " something went wrong" message at the end. This is too much, trying to submit this review the submit button? On the bottom (again at the end after writing everything and answering all these questions) wouldn't submit so here I am again.

Creating an ID.me login was very easy. My IRS login had expired and I had to create a new login with ID.me. All of the verification process was done through my smartphone.
