Terrible. Took hours to figure out what to do. The message, "Unable to complete your request. Please try again," didn't tell you what to do if you tried again and kept getting the same message. It was hours of a run around. And now I'm not even sure if this is secure. Terrible experience!

Before you go ahead and submit all your private info on the web to set this up, be aware that if your DL does not perfectly match your social security name, you are wasting your time and putting your personal information... SSN, DL photos, personal video/photos. For no reason. You'll get an error message and not be able to use ID.ME.
