No clear step by step instructions for average user who is unfamiliar how to get verified with a Government Agency and how process is supposed to work. No upfront explanatinon of Recovery Code. It seems IDme assumes people siging up are familiar with what needs to be done.
You may need a tech guru to help you get verified.
On the plus side its technology to upload ID photo and take verification scan of face work quite well. But have strong light for the ID photo and steady hand.
Here are the things I submitted and were rejected:
My school ID along with my Driver's Licence. (did this twice)
My school admission letter with seal and signature.
My school schedule print out from college.
Finally got a copy of my school schedule with a seal and signature that was accepted.
Other than that, I don't really have a complaint, but this is the primary thing I would assume a customer would complain about as it's the part we are responsible for. It's also a bit cheeky to ask if I believe my data is secure, as I have no knowledge of Id.me's security with such data.

Ditto, initially started easy, until it came time to identify the user, with pictures from DL, or passport etc...
For someone who has trust issues like me. I was able to trust ID me to protect my information I highly recommend to any users who wants to secure they're information
