You have automated every single method or problem or issue has an automated bot that responds to you via e-mail, as the official representative from the customer service department. Whatever you do don't use the pc because the program the company uses is flawed browser is clunky and refused to turn my mic amd camera on (Facebook amd zoom) run just fine. Otherwise just stick with smartphone and process will be smoother and not have to fight with it.

Apparently if you dont use ID.ME for 2 or 3 years, your "ID" expires. But why? You are the same person, correct? Why make the person go through the same process? Even when you renew your driver's license, you only need to provide docs if something like an address changes.
Anyways, no non-voip phone so i ended up having to do video verification. And it was pretty easy actually. About 8-10 min for the whole process...maybe the wait time for the video chat added another 3-4 min.
Good service. Make safe from the identy theft. Video call was before the waiting time which was great service. I wish nobody cannot steel my id and social security number.
