I feel that I can let my guard down just a little bit better in a little bit more knowing that I can have my social security Frozen with this company and that I will be notified if anybody tries to do anything to use my social security without my knowledge. I feel that knowledge is power and power is knowledge and with that said protection knowing that you have someone behind you watching your back and letting you know if someone across the other side of the world is using or trying to use your social security but can't because they're standing there and having your back is great. I definitely would recommend this to anyone it's easy to set up a couple of questions easy to verify who you are cuz it makes sense anybody can be anybody so I love the fact that they went through lengths what I mean length I mean they want to make sure I was who I said I was and not somebody else posing as myself which was awesome and they definitely went beyond the call 100%, so I definitely recommend this to anyone who needs that extra security.
I went through the process it was slow. Once complete it rejected it for some unknown reason and then locked me out. There is no one to call for help. Your chat bot was of no help at all.
Can't review everything all the time, but have found this is manageable.

If the ID.me set up process is started on a desktop, make sure there is a camera to take photos of the documents and the person setting up the ID.me. A laptop may be easier. A cell phone is too small.
At least I know my credentials are secure in the end.

I had difficulty securing a code repeatedly. The photo part was easy, but impossible to access Anchor program NJ.
