I had no idea what I was being asked/told what to do. Nothing became clear as the interaction continued. The end result was I never did gain access to my Social Security account.

It took a while I had to start over a couple of times. The hardest part was figuring out how to use the camera on my smart phone coupled with the browser on my smart phone. Not 30 something anymore and never had to use this stuff.

Verifying my identity was very easy but once I did, this page was supposed to redirect me to my unemployment benefits page in North Carolina and it doesn't. I've tried multiple times and the timer runs out giving me an error code. I have not been able to file my unemployment claim because of this.
I verified my school district employee by updating my school verification document, after I received an email saying I has been verified I still can't get discounts
The picture taking of my ID was difficult, I kept getting flash marks on my face and a blurred picture when I tried to do it without my glasses had to do this several times to get one that looked halfway decent
The agent was very helpful, patient and diligent. Extremely professional. Even though I had connection problems she was very patient. I also had technical problems with my headset she took time and contacted me on the phone while still being connected on zoom.

It was a mandatory setup if I wanted to use the IRS website. If it's not optional, why would a review be warranted or even considered when I am not the client? Who cares if I am satisfied with the ID part of the experience when I prefer not to have an experience with any of you in the first place? I didn't hire you, you don't need my opinion or my satisfaction to continue your work and I resent being asked for feedback for something I didn't want to do in the first place! But yeah, it was fast and easy, worked the first attempt, and turns out it was the only part that worked as it was supposed to… it got me the access I needed but it didn't do me any good as the IRS was typically not current or accurate on their website once I got logged in. But you did fine, thank you.
