I have been putting this off for almost a year, expecting it to be an onerous task. Imagine my surprise when it wasn't! If you have pictures of the front and back of your DL and another ID, I had one of my health insurance card. Once you login, the entire process might be over in less than 30 minutes. The agent I got was awesome and I was on the call with her about 3 minutes. Done!

I had trouble verifying my ID.me account. After many emails representative Jonathan was with me every step of the way. He was patient, kind and best part is he was always there when I needed him. I email him and bam! He replies within a short period of time.
