Took approximately 4 hours the first day to change my EMail from government to personnel. I can't access my government Email from home. Took another 4 to 5 hours to finally get access to VA.gov site. Got to be a better way. I am a disabled Vet, but still have brains to know this is ridiculous

It took some time to initially set up but well worth it. Had some trouble getting into SSA so switched to id&me and it was a snap to get the info I needed. So glad I set up this service. It's the safest online today.

It was good. I just don't like having to give too much information to give you a survey, but it is what it is. It says private, but apparently it's not private because you have to know. Just wanted to make that appointment. I had given five stars until I had to put all this information in so I put it down to 4!
The VA has in advance notified users of MyHealtheVet that in January 2025 their system will require additional authentication in order to maintain access. This was easy to do while I was on the phone with a VA representative.
It was a lil difficult. But we somewhat figured it out
