Ontop of that there is not a customer service representative or phone number to get ahold of anyone for help.
Why do I have to use this website to verify my personal details but they are wrong and I can't update them? They are not the government because if they were then they would have my correct information bc all my official documents have been updated at least twice since I lived where they say.

I've had an account with you for some time and used it numerous times to gain access to government websites, so why did I have to go through this pain in the neck process again? It's all the worse because for some reason your facial recognition system doesn't like my face. It's the one I was born with, there have been no major changes, so why does it have such a hard time recognizing my face? Or maybe it is a poor system and has a problem with a lot of faces. Anyway, I finally got recognized and I hope I never have to go through that process again.
