I had to use it for id me for unemployment benefit for the first time during covid and the second time time to set up an account for state disability insurance. It was easy and went fast with no problems. The font is easy to ready, the questions are also easy. I highly reccomend it.
I relocated to the UK 3 years ago and found that the websites of many US entities are not designed for citizens living abroad as they do not accept foreign addresses, postal codes or telephone numbers. The login information I entered was rejected and deemed incorrect every time I entered it.
I am 81 years of age. I have had my SS# since age 16 and I have lived at the same address since 1989 and have used computers since 1980. This information was continually rejected. I hold an Idaho Star Card which is proof the information on the bar codes on the back of my CDL are correct. I presented proof with the numerous documents required to obtain the card. Why is my Social required to identify me when on the face of that card is printed "Not to be used for identification purposes?

To me, it's very difficult to navigate through there website. Everything is buried in it. And every time I click on anything, I have to sign in again and wait for the system to send me a code. I hate it.
