After everything that was done the video chat was the most problematic off all.
I tried to access my Social Security account using ID.me. After successfully entering my user/pswd and entering the phone verification number - ID.me then sent me back to Social Security Login - an endless loop with no access to my Social Security account. Tried using both Firefox and Chrome browsers. Same result. ID.me Does Not Work
ID.me was extremely easy to use and understand. I am glad it was not difficult and I navigated pretty quick.
A pain to get approved, but that's good extra layer of security.
Having an ID.Me account gives me comfort when I need to go online and look at my Social Security information. I am confident that no one else can access my private account.

The ID.me seemed to work until the end when the choice was to fix what was outdated and nothing was outdated. It went through and then didn't sync properly with the reason I was trying to apply it. I never did get to place a food order. Human being needed for communication and implementation.

I spent over 2 hours trying to get this set up, I contacted there support they couldn't get it set up. I ended up losing a $500.00 discount.

After providing all my personal information to ID ME, and was able to log in to ID ME, Social security would not accept the log in to their site. Not sure where all my personal information went. I suspect a scam.
