Most everything was well explained, except why pic denials of my ID were not met with any feedback. I think the pics of my ID were too dark, or marked, or had flash reflections, but I was never told what the issue was. I eventually took an approved pic in daylight. That was only frustrating issue with sign up process, for me. Everything else was well explained throughout the process.
