Too many hoops to jump through just to get an account. Takes forever and then when you type in your e-mail address that you have used forever, it gives a red! And states that your e-mail address is not a valid account. You then proceed to use another of your e-mail addresses that you have used forever and once again you get a red! And states that your e-mail address is not a valid account. Ask for too much personal information and then wants Face ID! Really folks?
I feel confident now my information cannot be used by others. I am a senior and afraid that I will be a victim of fraud. Now I feel confident my information is safe and the verification process is secure.
