Great experience. The process with the representative was professional, short and to the point.
First setup your idme if you have not done so (user name will be your email address). Next your secure password (letters, capital & non capital, numbers, and special figures-see recommended characters and etc).
Then a second security coding by receiving a text message, or email (I suggest using the text message- it's faster and easier)…. You then enter the code numbers received in the box and push continue.
You will be directed to your site or menu of sites (Dashboard). Need help, just ASK!

Log in to mhvet and then login again to chose which one you want to use. Then login again and verify with a number they don't knew where to find and then again login to a different site.
It was relatively easy for someone who is not really tech savvy. I just don't know if I had to use it or it was an app that captured my information. The information I research said it was used by government agencies. I want security and I hope it was necessary. Otherwise if it gives a level of security then I very pleased. That's my only concern.
